Prospect Hospice needed outsourced legacy administration support at very short notice, following the unexpected and sad death of the person carrying out their legacy administration. There was little time for a handover and none for training. Legacy Link’s Consultant drove to meet the hospice’s Fundraising Director at a town halfway, taking home the case files and starting casework from home straightaway.
In the following three years, Legacy Link has undertaken all the hospice’s legacy administration work, reporting monthly to the charity, including giving guidance on complex land and litigation issues.
